These terms and conditions shall govern your use of Website – Volt People online listing platform.

By using Website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use Website.

If you register with Website, submit any material to Website or use any of Website services, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions. 

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Website. By using Website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

License to use Website 

       You may: 

– view pages from Website in a web browser; 

– download pages from Website for caching in a web browser; 

– print pages from Website;

– stream audio and video files from Website; 

– use Website services by means of a web browser, subject to the other provisions of these terms and conditions.

You may only use Website for your own personal and business purposes, and you must not use Website for any other purposes.

Notwithstanding above restrictions, you may redistribute our newsletter in print and electronic form to any person.

Use of Website Listings Service

The information on Personal Electric Vehicles (PEVs) provided in this service and on the Website is supplied by the seller or other third parties; 

Website is not responsible for the accuracy of such information. 

Website provides this service and the Website and all information and materials without conditions, representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. 

Website is not a party to any transaction between vehicle buyers and sellers that originates from information found on the Website. 

Prices do not include additional fees such as government fees and taxes, title and registration fees, licensing and plate fees, finance charges, dealer document preparation fees, and emission testing.

The Website reserves the right, and has absolute discretion, to remove, screen or edit without notice any content posted or stored on the Website at any time and for any reason and without liability to you or any third party, and you are solely responsible for creating backup copies of and replacing any content you post or store on the Site at your sole cost and expense.

Placement of Listings

If you register with our website as a Private Seller, you will be able to submit listings to the website.

To create a listing on our website, you should take the following steps:

1. Visit the ‘Add Listing’ page where you will be shown an option to start listing your PEV or related stuff.

2. Once you start listing you will be given the option to choose your PEV make / model which will pre-populate your listing with any information we have. 

3. Or, you can start manually and add any known make or model without use of pre-populated fields from our Website.

You will be led through a number of fields asking for information about your PEV, such as its specification, built-in features, custom features, condition, year and asking price.

Listings that are submitted will be automatically processed and hold for admin approval.

You will receive a notification email about status of your listing immediately once submitted.

Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to reject, unpublish and/or delete any listings that breach these terms and conditions or that do not meet any additional guidelines for listings published on Website.

If we permit the publication of a listing, it will remain published on Website until sold, OR for the relevant period set out on Website from time to time, subject to these terms and conditions.

Listings submitted to our website must constitute bona fide listings relating to Personal Electric Vehicles.

Listings must be allocated to the appropriate category or categories. If you cannot identify an appropriate category for a listing, please contact us.

You must keep your listings up to date using Website interface, in particular, you must remove any listings in respect of items that have ceased to be available.

Service fees

All services on Website are free of charge.

Changes

Volt People may change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Your continued use of the Website following reasonable notice of such modifications will be conclusively deemed acceptance of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Cookies

Website uses cookies; by using Website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our privacy and cookies policy.
